hi kenyan babies! how is it going?

i still cant focus on my work. parang masmahirap mag-adjust ulit sa trabaho as compared kung galing bakasyon sa pinas. ano nga bang meron ang kenya? emotionally, uneasy n restless ako. parang i left myself in kenya. try to think of it, nine days lang tayo pero parang its so hard to ease out ung emotions natin. to be honest with u guys, pakiramdam ko nasa nairobi pa ako. i dont know why. can i ask something, do you feel the same way too? keeps me wondering, anong meron ang kenya??????????????
is it the...
- traffic? (terrible!)
- the beautiful jakaranda trees?
- the fab foods? (i miss ugali btw!)
- the patok na matatu? broom-brooom...
- the flea market na naakakaliw maghuggle?
- the over sized lamoks (na slightly mejo nag-pupump)?
- the posh mansions at westlands?
- the malubak na daang nakaka-beyonce?
- the huge black birds (na really dodgy baka tukain ka sa mata!)?
- the threat of getting diseases by insects?
- the tall giraffes and mailap na zebras or the lions making-out?
- the swahili lingo? na di mahirap matutunan
- or the usok (that makes out noses over-produce black boogers)?
..... i honestly think none of these.

i strongly beleive it is SERVING THE LORD AND HIS PEOPLE is what we are missing. those people that with all honesty appreciates our efforts. those people whose smiles are genuine. those people that would share whatever they own or the most of what they possess. those people who find time worshipping the Lord and have it with us. those who shamelessly share their trials and their triumphs. those cute little children who showed trust and love on us. those people who welcomed us as brothers and as sisters. those people who warmly embraced us as one of them . i believe that they feel the same way what we are feeling right now. i think we all have one single realization... we will serve the Lord because we find pleasure, joy and fulfillment in it!!!

WE SHALL RETURN. WE SHALL SERVE. FOREVER.

hakuna mungu ka ma wewe... asante sana! -angelo-
