A God of Second Chances
Good news ito! Wow! We have a second chance, a third chance, the hundredth chance. Love talaga Niya tayo!
I pray that this simple little message will help all of us overcome some of the obstacles in our lives that are hindering us from experiencing the fullness of the abundant life that Jesus came to bring us.
Our compassionate God grants our heart’s desires and blessed us with what’s the best for us in order to glorify Him.
On the other hand, our listening, forgiving God heard our prayers for mercy and granted us a second chance. Clearly our God is a God who listens and responds to our pleas. He is the God of second chances.
Jesus - take control!
Jonah’s God
God is boundless, timeless, beyond words or concepts or ideas, He is everything and so much more. And yet He loves us greatly to show us a side of Himself we can turn to and understand, that we might be able to know Him more and for our relationship with Him to grow. One such way is through the Bible, where it is filled with precious insights on what kind of God we have. Let us look at one such story, the story of Jonah, and see some of the innumerable characteristics our Lord has. May we be blessed with a deeper understanding of our great and awesome God through this message.
